What is an Amino Acid Cleanser?

Amino acid facial and lash cleanser has strong cleansing power, mild in nature and non-irritating, safe.  After washing, the skin is soft and smooth. It has become a popular cleaning product in recent times.
However, the quality of amino acid facial cleanser varies greatly.  

It is necessary to use amino surfactant as the main cleansing facial cleanser before it can be called amino acid facial cleanser.

Every product has an ingredient list, just check the first few of the ingredient list.   if it is an amino acid surfactant, especially the first three ingredients, it is a minimum amino acid facial cleanser, if it is not, the amino acid surfactant is mainly used as an auxiliary component, can not be regarded as a real Amino acid facial cleanser.

Commonly used amino acid surfactants are mainly in the following three categories:

1. Surfactant of glutamic acid

 For example:  ●Cocoyl Glutamate TEA Salt   ●Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate  ●Disodium lauroyl glutamate     ● Lauroyl glutamate disodium

2. Surfactants of glycine or alanine

For example:   ●Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate   ●Coconut oil carbonyl alanine TEA salt  ●N-Cocoyl Glycinate Potassium

3. Surfactants of arginine or sarcosine

For example:    ●Cocoate Arginine   ●Laurein sarcosinate sodium   ●Sodium palmitoyl sarcosinate

The common feature of these amino acid surfactants is that   the first part is supplemented by "coconut oil", and the "myristyl phospholipids" , followed by × tyrosine , and  "xx salt" and "sodium, potassium" are generally amino acid surfactants
