The terms on this page are only applicable to retail orders online, not to bulk wholesale and private label orders. For bulk wholesale and private label order, please follow the invoice terms and/or contract terms.
What's the shipping options and policies?
We have warehouse and shipping service providers located in USA. For USA domestic orders, we have several different shipping methods you can select when you place order online.
- USPS Standard shipping, around 5 days
- USPS Priority shipping, around 3 days
- Fedex or UPS Standard/Ground Shipping , around 5 days
- Fedex or UPS One Business Day Shipping, around 1 day
- Fedex or UPS Two Business Day Shipping, around 2 days
- Fedex or USP Signature Required Shipping
For International orders, like Europe, Canada, Australia, we ship from USA warehouse, we usually use:
- USPS Standard international shipping, around two to three weeks for small package under 1 lb.
- Fedex and/or UPS standard international shipping, around one week.
All transit time are estimate and only mean business day, not guaranteed. No shipping company guarantee transit time. Please understand that shipping is out of our control after we hand package to shipping company.
Order will be packed and shipped in 48 business hours after you place an order. The process time is not included in the shipping company transit time.
If we can not ship the order in 48 business hours we will contact you asap. If you cancel the order before we ship you can get fully refund.
If package delay, please wait for us to contact the shipping company, and wait for shipping company to response, usually 1 to 10 business days, not guaranteed.
Package Lost : If over 20 business days the transit tracking record doesn't update from shipping company, or shipping company inform us that the package is lost, it can be considered package lost. We will fully refund your order and shipping fee.
We will not be held liable and/or responsible to any delay of shipping, We will not be held liable and/or responsible to any of your loss because of the shipping delay and/or product damage and/or missing.
Please stock enough products always, not just order when stock is very low. Shipping Delay happens. Product damage happens during shipping. Item missing happens.
For international orders and/or international shipping, if product damage during transit or missing item, we don't ship again , we only refund the product and partial shipping fee.
Which shipping company and/or shipping options should I select when I place order online?
- USPS, UPS/FEDEX all good, its up to you. Different company different service and shipping rate.
- We understand that for some areas the USPS Shipping rate is lower and most people select USPS shipping. But according to our experience, compared with Fedex and UPS, USPS Standard Shipping has a certain package loss rate for some areas, the probability is about one in a thousand.
If package lost occur once to your address with USPS Standard Shipping, we will no longer use USPS Standard Shipping for your future orders, and please select ONLY USPS Priority Shipping or FEDEX/UPS Shipping options when you place new orders. If you continue select USPS Standard Shipping, we will cancel the order without further notice.

- If package lost occur once with USPS Priority Shipping (except lost verified by shipping company), please select only UPS/Fedex Shipping options for your future orders, or we will cancel your order without further notice.
If package lost occur once with UPS/Fedex shipping (except lost verified by shipping company), please select only the Signature Required Shipping option for your future orders, or we will cancel your order without further notice.
UPS/Fedex Standard Shipping 【Signature Required】 (Around 3-5 days)
This is the most secured shipping method, and the package is fully insured by shipping company. If package lost we can get fully claim. For order over $300 we will automatically upgraded to the Signature Required Shipping without further notice .
- If package lost occur twice (except lost verified by shipping company), we will no longer accept new orders online. we will cancel all the new orders without further notice.
- For customer with a history of lost package (except lost verified by shipping company), we will not accept bulk and private label orders.
- If the shipping company record shows that the package has been delivered, but you insist that you have not received it, please wait for us to contact the shipping company and file searching request and investigation request. Our packages are insured by shipping company, please wait for the investigation results and it takes usually 10 to 20 business days. And the requests usually can only be submitted to the shipping company around 10 days after the date the package is sent out, according to the acceptance rules of the shipping company.
What can I do to help if shipping delay?
- Email and tell us that the shipping delay, please include the order number in your email. So we can follow and contact the shipping company ASAP.
- Check the tracking number from shipping company website to see the tracking details, you can see which area the package at.
- Go to your nearest shipping company office to ask them to check the tracking number for you and ask if they can do anything to help.This could be the fastest way to get the issue to be processed fast by shipping company.
Refund & Exchange
Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of the delivered date, over 30 days all items are non-refundable non-replaceable non-exchangeable.
- Item must be unused.
- Item in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us ASAP and email us the pictures and/or video. Used item can not be an damaged item.
Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges once an item has been used, only new and unused item cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We send wrong item.
- Parcels that is lost in transit.
Note: we will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels because of you submitted a wrong shipping address when you place order online. Please ensure that all the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order.
- If you want to cancel your order, please inform us ASAP before the order has been shipped.
- If the order already been shipped before you inform us, the order can not be cancelled.
- If the shipping delay, please wait us to contact the shipping company to check, and the order can not be cancelled during transit.
- When you receive the package, you can request a return. Please see below the policy " How do I return? ' 'How do I ship the items back ?' 'How soon will I get my refund ?'
- Return within 30 days of the delivered date for a refund. Buyer pays the return shipping fee.
- The shipping fee of buyer's order is not refundable. Because we already shipped and paid to shipping company.
- We usually pack and ship orders very fast after you place order online. You may request a cancellation as soon as possible. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process and/or paid the shipping label and/or shipped out.

How do I return?
Email us a list of the items you want to return ,and include a picture of all the items you want to return, make sure all the items are unused before you ship them. If the return is because of faulty or damage, please see below the policy "The item I received is faulty/defective."

What items are returnable?
- Damaged or faulty items: We will resend new trays or refund.
- NO Damaged or faulty items, but you just like to return and/or exchange: You can return within 30 days of the delivery date. The process please see "How do I return ? "
- Item in unused and resellable condition
- Item in the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and you will need to provide us a prepaid shipping label for us to ship the package back to you. If you don't provide a paid shipping label to us in 20 days of the date we receive, we will charge a storage fee on a daily basis. If exceeds 30 days, we will treat it as an abandoned package, we will no longer store it, the products will be discarded and we will not be held responsible.
What items are non-refundable, non-returnable?

- Clearance sale items
- Used items
The item I received is faulty/defective.
- If you think the product you purchased is faulty/defective, please email us with pictures and short videos within 20 days of the delivery date .
- If the item is eyelashes, if you want a full refund or replacement, you can only test one to five rows to see if its faulty or not, if you used more than half of the tray, the tray cannot be returned or refunded or replaced.
- If you are first time buyer, we will send one tray free lash, please test only the free tray.
- When your return request approved, we will email you a prepaid digital shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to the package , and drop off to the shipping company. Or you can go to the shipping company's office and show them the digital shipping label and ask them to print it.
- Faulty/defective items must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.
- We will replace or refund the item once we receive and confirm the product is faulty/defective.
- Please pack all items carefully to avoid damage during transport/shipping.

How do I ship the items back?
- Once the return request has been approved, you can ship the items back.
- If we shipped the wrong item, or if the item is damage or faulty/defective, we will pay for the return shipping. We will email you a prepaid shipping label, you simply print it out, affix it to the package ,and drop off the package at the shipping agent's office as indicated on the shipping label. We usually use USPS, Fedex or UPS. Or you can go to the shipping company's office and show them the digital shipping label and ask them to print the shipping label.
- If you just don't like the products or just change your mind, you will need to pay for return shipping. We will email you a return address, and you can go to your local USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc. to ship the package and pay for the shipping at the counter.
- Please email us the tracking number once you ship the package.
How soon will I get my refund?
- We will notify you by email when your returned item has been received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund request will be processed within 1 - 2 working days of approval.
- Usually the refunds will go back to the same account you used to place the order. Usually refund transit takes 1 - 3 working days, but this is not guaranteed. The transit process time depends on all the banks involved.
