Can I cancel the order ?
All custom orders and private label orders can not be cancelled by buyer , and can not be refunded.
All products no returnable unless broken trays during shipping, you can ship the broken trays to us to get replacement.
If production is not possible due to force majeure , short of material and/or other reasons, seller can cancel the order and fully refund to buyer, and seller will not be held liable and/or responsible to any of buyer's loss because of the cancellation.
Please stock enough products always, not just order when stock is very low. Shipping Delay and product damage happens during transit.
We will not be held liable and/or responsible to any delay of shipping, and any of your loss because of the shipping delay and/or product damage. We only replace the damage trays.

I feel that there are few trays lashes are a little bit more sticky when pick ?

 

About the base, we are bulk production, we are already using very low viscosity tape, there is no other alternative. We test every batch of tape before use, it's all the same material but we can't guarantee that every batch will have the exact same feel when pick, but if there is difference basically the difference is very small.
Also lashes are handmade products, no factory can guarantee all trays has the same feel when pick even we use all the same material.
Quality is our number one priority, quality is life, that are our company philosophy.
We pay more attention to quality than other brands. If customers have doubts or lack of confidence in our brand, we generally recommend customers to place random orders on our website for more than half a year before place private label order, to check the consistency of quality , tape, the curls, and our service.
We will do our best to maintain the quality. Compared to customers, we more hope that every box of eyelashes we produce is the best, so that we can have continuous business and cooperation.  But we can not guarantee every lashes have exactly the same feeling when pick , because the eyelashes are handmade. The sticky of base or strip can not be considered to quality issue. If you can not accept , please do not place order .
Quality issue usually include : print wrong labels , wrong text content, use wrong labels , damage during transit

Do you save the rest labels for free ?

Label print package around 3000 pieces. seller will save the rest labels for two years for free. But if buyer discontinued order from seller for more than one year (365 days) , seller will abandon the labels without any further notice and seller will not be liable for any responsibility and/or compensation.

Other Private Label Order Policies

100% payment is required before production. Because the products and/or packaging are customized with the buyer's logo and/or design and/or custom requirements, once the order is confirmed and/or paid, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The delivery address is to be provided by the buyer. If the buyer provides the wrong address, the goods are lost and/or delayed, seller will not be liable for any responsibility and/or compensation.

After the buyer receives the products, any quality issues with the product needs to be submitted within 2 weeks accompanied by picture and video verification.

When seller receive therequest, seller will email buyer the return shipping address when buyer's request is approved.

Buyer need to ship the products back to seller first for replacement, and buyer has to ship the products back to seller in one month from the date the buyer receives the products.

Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and buyer will need to provide seller a prepaid shipping label for seller to ship the package back to buyer . If buyer don't provide a paid shipping label to seller in 20 days of the date seller receive, seller will charge a storage fee on a daily basis. If exceeds 30 days, seller will treat it as an abandoned package, seller will no longer store it, seller will abandon the package without further notice to buyer,  the products will be discarded and seller will not be liable for any responsibility and/or compensation.

Any complaints received after 2 weeks and/or products shipped after one month of the delivered date will not be accepted and seller will not be held liable or issue any refunds or compensation. After the goods are sent out, seller must provide the transport tracking number, subject to the delivery arrival time from the shipping company.

If customs duties are generated during the transit and/or shipping process, the buyer shall contact the local customs office and/or clearance company and/or freight company to pay the customs duties in time, and the seller will not be liable for the customs duties and for any  loss due to customs duties, and/or responsibility and/or compensation.  If the seller does not pay the duties, the package may be abandoned by customs and/or the relevant transport company, seller will not be held liable and/or responsible to any of buyer's loss .

It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to pay duties and/or customs and pay them in a timely manner. The seller do not guarantee that the buyer will receive the order if the buyer does not pay the customs and/or duties and pay them in timely manner, and seller will not be held liable and/or responsible to any of buyer's loss , seller has no responsibility to re produce and/or re ship the order, the order is considered to have been fully completed and closed.

No shipping company guarantee transit time. Usually international air shipping is around 10 days, not guaranteed. If shipping delayed , please wait for seller to contact the shipping company.
