Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

Please read carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted all our shipping, return, and refund terms.

Important: These policies apply only to online retail orders.
For bulk wholesale or private label orders, please follow the terms specified in your invoice and/or contract.


📦 Shipping Options & Policies

We ship from our Georgia, USA warehouse through trusted carriers.

USA Domestic Shipping

  • USPS Standard Shipping: approx. 5 business days

  • USPS Priority Shipping: approx. 3 business days

  • FedEx / UPS Ground Shipping: approx. 1–5 business days

  • FedEx / UPS 2-Day Shipping: approx. 2 business days

  • FedEx / UPS 1-Day Shipping: approx. 1 business day

  • FedEx / UPS Signature Required Shipping: approx. 2–5 business days

International Shipping (Europe, Canada, Australia, etc.)

  • USPS Standard International Shipping: approx. 2–3 weeks for packages under 1 lb

  • FedEx / UPS International Shipping: approx. 1 week

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
Processing time is not included in carrier transit times.

⚠️ Transit times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery speed is beyond our control.


🚫 Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

  • If a package shows no tracking updates for 20+ business days or if the carrier confirms it is lost, we will fully refund your order and shipping fee.

  • We are not liable for any financial loss, business loss, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays, product damage in transit, or missing items.

  • For international shipments: if products are damaged or missing, we will refund affected items and partial shipping fees but will not reship.

  • Customers with repeated package loss may be restricted to Signature Required Shipping or have future orders cancelled.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date if the following conditions are met:

✅ Item is unused, unopened, in original packaging with tags intact
✅ Item is not part of the non-returnable items list (see below)

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Underwear

  • Cosmetics

  • Clearance Sale Items

  • Used Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us immediately with photos or video proof.


❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • For delayed shipments, cancellation is not possible during transit.

  • If you wish to cancel after receiving the package, please follow our return policy.

  • Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer unless the product is defective or wrong.


📬 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at wholesalla99@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • List of items you wish to return

    • Photos of the items (to confirm unused condition or defect)

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping address (or prepaid label if the item is faulty/defective).

  3. Carefully pack the items to avoid damage during return transit.

    • Buyer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

  4. Send the package back within 30 days of delivery date and email us the tracking number.


💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Bank/card refund posting times vary (typically 1–3 business days).


📌 Special Notes for Eyelash Products

  • For lash trays, only up to 3 lines may be tested for quality check.
    Using more than 3 lines makes the tray non-returnable.

  • First-time buyers may receive a free tray for testing. Free trays are non-refundable.
